"We will definitely be back. The food was a bit pricey for a family of 4 BUT we expected that and brought stuff to eat. This was a great family friendly get away for us! Clean rooms. Great staff. We had a great time!"

"Staff was very nice. What I enjoyed the most was that the room had a Patio Door connected to the room so that you can go outside and sit in a chair at your room."
Park Tower Inn
8/10 Good
"Ice machine didn’t work. Only one elevator worked. However they are making upgrades to the building and they kept the rooms cleaned without being asked. It was a great hotel otherwise. I’d go back"
Omni William Penn Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very nice Hotel, Front Staff was very Nice and helpful, check in a breeze. Very large hotel, we didn't use the pool or gym, but looked nice, lobby entrance has some steps to get to main level, and top bar area has nice sitting and has food and drinks, the lower level Speak easy bar long line and pricey. But Rooms are Big and spacious, I'm still surprised they are double beds vs queens and the bathroom is a little awkward, but very clean and elegant. Overall it is a great place to stay and in the middle of Downtown the T Steel plaza is a 3-5 minute easy walk. And everything else is easy to walk to. A very nice Hotel to get around Downtown Pittsburgh."
