"The hotel is very nice and always clean. The exceptional bar/ service staff keep us coming back. Tanner, Taylor, Nate, Will,Barry always treat us like family and take great care of us. "

"Rooms were very clean, the breakfast bar was good. Live music at night was better than expected. Staff was very professional and always ready at the front desk."

"Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "
