“This was, without exaggeration, one of the most outrageously unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After a long drive back from Chicago, I walked into a lobby with the door open and the “open” sign lit — and no one at the front desk. I rang the bell repeatedly and stood there wondering if anyone actually worked there. “We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Place was clean due to what I imagine is fear of anyone moving or potentially making any sort of action which may trip the Fire Alarm. Mothman did not prophesize this.”
