"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. "Lovely hotel big rooms clean and welcoming. Pools well maintained and clean. Majority of staff are really friendly but found in the main restaurant sitting indoors on one side you didn’t get friendly service and regular drinks topped up. One in particular waitress was rude and ignored us for 30 mins. The al a carte restaurant was outstanding and amazing staff. Very attentive! Overall lovely holiday and hotel."
