I booked one double room but the hotel upgraded me to two singles. Other things I liked were good breakfast, especially the croissant was excellent, shuttle bus service to the airport at reasonable price. Everything was above average and the hotel well worth a 4-star rating.

To get the negatives out the way, we were expecting a complimentary drink on arrival with our member benefits. This turned out to be two cans of coca cola in a mini fridge (probably making a worse first impression than if we'd just not been offered a drink at all). No breakfast - that's fine - but ...

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was fantastic, he said our room was ready and he was very helpful when we inquired about the trains to Florence. We would definitely stay there again.😊
