Rooms were very simple and had everything I needed. A bit run down though, rough around the edges. The air conditioner liked to dip orange color water on me. The breakfast was nice, but the desserts tasted horrible, no sugar, stale, or old.

Esta é a minha quarta vez hospedado no NB Hotel. Sempre o avaliei com 10/10 estrelas, porém, desta vez, duas coisas deixaram a desejar: Para um hotel de negócios, a qualidade da internet poderia ser melhor e mais confiável. A minha conexão caía com uma certa frequência. A manutenção do ar-condicionado. O meu colega de quarto caiu no chão por causa da falta de manutenção, admitida pelo funcionário quando reportei o acidente. Essa falta de manutenção causou o vazamento de água (condensada) do ar-condicionado, formando uma poça no chão. Gostaria de salientar que o problema foi consertado assim que reportei, porém, poderia ter causado um acidente grave, já que o meu amigo tem 82 anos. No mais, a equipe NB merece 10/10 pela atenção, recepção e profissionalismo.
