“The property is new, so the facilities were very clean. However, the lights in the guest rooms and outside the door are very harsh and garish. Softer lighting will improve the ambience significantly. The bathroom set up can be improved, for instance the height of the towel rack must be reduced for ease of use and the water drain is very rudimentary, which can be upgraded. The food is excellent and the staff takes care to cook local cuisine, which is very commendable.”

“Very bad hotel, i found a piece of cigarette on the room below the mirror. Toilet seats were not fitted. It felt like they never clean the rooms, just give out the room as it is for several times and when asked to clean they would actually do it. ”
