"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "The location is superb, but it’s a dated property which is crying out loud for renovation! I slipped on the foot mat almost twice because it’s slippery, just outside the main door. Pool area will make you wait for 20 minutes even to get a coconut water which felt like I bought from a roadside vendor, it was hot and covered with foil ? Never seen a five start property charging 250 dollar a night in such a shabby condition! "
