“Very efficient check-in, well kept unit. We were able to do our laundry on premises, and the location was convenient to do some shopping downtown!”

“We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. “From the welcome we received to the farewell the level of personal service we received from the owners Albert and Elsa were unparalleled. Very tastefully decorated, spotless and in a beautiful location overlooking the river. We only stayed one night but will definitely return and stay longer. Loved our stay.”

“Room is spotless. The owners are very welcoming and the breakfast is delicious ”

“Our host Hermein was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was everything you could have wanted. I had the fruit with granola and yogurt. Followed by loads of toast and a cooked breakfast with the tastiest smoked bacon I’ve ever tasted. She organised a free taxi to and from a lovely local restaurant on the evening of our arrival. We left the next morning for the short drive to the caves, the wildlife sanctuary and the ostrich...

“The hotel has just been taken over and is under going changes Breakfast in the adjoining hotel was delicious The new owner is attentive and understood our concerns”

“Waren das erste Mal hier, kann es sehr empfehlen ”

“Frühstück war sehr gut. Ansonsten ist das Hotel halt sehr alt und das sieht man ihm leider auch an. War sicher mal ein Top Haus, aber eben vor 60 Jahren. Preis/Leistung grenzwertig. Nachts schlägt sehr häufig eine Kirchenuhr. Würde das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.”

“A comfortable, peaceful overnight stay. Our room was nicely furnished and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and electric blankets. The host was lovely and very helpful, making us feel welcome despite our late arrival. If you plan to arrive late, I’d recommend messaging the host beforehand to arrange check-in.”

“Schöne Blockhütte, aber sehr kalt in der Nacht! (Winter). ”

“We had a lovely stay. The Location was amazing and the attention to detail within the property was on point. We had a nice meal in evening with some amazing Wagyu steak, which was amazing. Breakfast also didn’t disappoint. Will definitely stay again!”
