"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "While in a beautiful location, the hotel is not upfront about their dog policy. Nothing on their website says that dogs cost per night and I find that extremely shady. It was 20€ / night for my UNDER 10kg dog. On the website it makes it sound like you can bring them for free, yet when we checked in the said we must pay but don’t worry we get some amenities. The amenities included a dog bed and 2 dog bowls… not 20€ worth and unnecessary. On top of that “parking is free” however there were not enough spots to accomodate the massive amounts of people and we ended up not being able to find a spot and there are no garages nearby. So we asked about the indoor parking snd they said we can park there for 15€ a night. Again, what??? It feels like nothing more than a cash grab to be honest and breakfast was the thing I was looking forward to the most and it was very show no go. The bacon was not good, orange juice was bitter and watery, bread was sub par, and some of the fried eggs were under cooked… very unsatisfying. The price does not reflect the quality nor is it honest."
