Établissement 3 étoiles mais je cherche encore pourquoi cet hôtel à des étoiles. L’ensemble est vieillot, même les chambres…moquettes datant des années 70. L’émaille de la baignoire je n’en parle même pas. Très mauvais état. Accueil du personnel laisse à désirer. Pourrait être plus aimable. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est sa localisation.

Hôtel pas entretenu et ménage fait à la va vite. Porte vitrée donnant sur le balcon qui ne fermait pas et rideau électrique HS. Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres ni bouteilles d'eau. Petit déjeuner très moyen et service à revoir. Seul point positif la situation géographique.

Une chambre très rustique des années 50 et dans son jus Une salle de bain avec un gros problème d écoulement d eau et un linteau et cabine de douche très vieux limite acceptable !! Le personnel de l’accueil Et du petit déjeuner est très professionnel, a l’écoute et serviable. Par contre le petit déjeuner est peu varié ( le même menu proposé pour les 4 jours et pas assez de choix, en plus il finit très très tot). Pour profiter des vacances il faut un petit-déjeuner qui fini au moins a 11h pas a 9h. J’ai demandé qu’on fasse ma chambre( 1 seule fois dans les 4 jours) mais ce dernier était très mal fait ( wc, lit, draps, sol, salle de bain...) rien n’a été fait. J’ai eu juste un changement de serviettes. Pour 112€ la nuit c’est honteux

Never again!

While the staff is nice and helpful that does not compensate the fact that the hotel itself is extremely dated, there is a reason why there are hardly any pictures of the rooms on the website - the rooms may have been nice 40 years ago but awful at the moment, this is not a 3 star hotel more like a 1! Location is close to the beach but a room facing to the street was very noisy at nights. Overall this hotel was a huge disappointment.

Bien situé mais décevant

A Éviter !!! Bien que bien situé dans le centre d'arcachon, les prestations sont assez mauvaises, le confort est sommaire, la climatisation en panne par 34° cest bien dommage, si on ouvre la fenêtres on est envahi de moustiques donc pas possibles, il fallait se contenter d'un ventilateur fourni par l'hôtel mais il fallait mieux réparer la climatisation. La chambre est très petite la deco inexistante et le ménage était clairement fait a la va vite. En plus le personnel a l'accueil était bien désagréable. C'est dommage !

Excellent hotel! Emplacement idéal pour profiter des plages et attractions environnantes. Accueil très sympa, chambres très correctes. Petit déjeuner copieux ;)

Salle de bains aussi grande que la chambre : dans quel but ? Canalisations mal isolées : on entendait toutes les chasses d'eau de la chambre voisine. Panne générale d'eau chaude un matin (sur 2 nuits) : aucun geste commercial proposé. Petit déjeuner très cher (12€) pour des viennoiseries de supermarché. Ca ne valait pas les 90€ la nuit ni les 3 étoiles.
