"Very nice apartment. Only criticism of the apartment is the absence of a chopping board : ) Also, although we understand the pool rules we felt they were a bit strict (no balls, no inflatables, no toys) especially given lots of children visit. "Besides the location, this hotel has little to offer. The buffet lunch and dinners were basically the same foods every day for both meals (and not very good), the snack bar offered terrible sandwiches with cold/old fries, and although its 'all-inclusive', there is an upcharge for a lot of things (for example, there's an appealing gelato station at the snack bar with 16 flavors of ice cream, but the only ice cream included in the all-inclusive is a tiny vanilla or strawberry frozen ice cream...

We were only offered the spray to clean and the next day housekeeping did not come to clean the dead ants. We had too. The cleaning people didn't even come. Extra key to clean was missing.
