Disclaimer, property sits on top a very very steep hill that you must climb! Other than that, excellent!! Service was great, very clean and modern appliances, very beautiful views with sitting area on balcony. Provides extra pillows!! Breakfast for cheap was very good. Feels secluded and safe with things to do nearby. Host was friendly and very nice! A great hidden gem in Arezzo, highly recommend!!

This was our first ever stay in Italy, and it was such a good one. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts of this BnB are very kind, welcoming, flexible and we were able to communicate quite easily with them. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the shared living room/terrace is so beautiful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included! It was very generous and incredibly delicious. It is obvious the care the hosts take to provide the pretty and useful details to this place. The BnB is located right in the centre of town, less than five minutes from the main square and the Basilica, and about 12 minute walk to the Arezzo train station. The town is a beautiful hidden gem. 10/10 recommend this place to stay. We had an amazing time.

As the name suggests, this cozy B&B is literally 100 steps from the Duomo. Host Gianfranco took pains to make sure we had plenty of recommendations for dining in Arezzo and the 3 we tried were all terrific, especially Cavour 42. Museums and the Medici Fortress are a short walk away.

The bed and breakfast is quaint. It’s in an older (post WWII) building with interesting design. To get to it from the train station it’s an uphill walk which can be difficult if you have a lot of bags. I had a view of roof tops and at a distance the silhouette of a church. It was generally quiet. The room was tidied up daily which was terrific. Unfortunately, I opened the window and mosquitoes came in and I got bitten. I’m allergic to mosquito bites. It was rather chilly my first night so I asked for a spare blanket. I was promptly given this. Breakfast is an extra cost (€12). The breakfast food looked to be simple packaged goods. Cafés were not close (a little trek away) as well as any convenience stores for water or snacks. Thankfully, I was allowed to keep some items in a drawer in the refrigerator. A residential area close to the Duomo and a park.

まず、とても清潔です！車があるか、体力に自信があったり荷物が少ない人にはかなりお勧めします！坂の上にあるので、足腰の悪いお年寄り、大荷物ですと大変かもしれません。建物の中には小さなエレベーターがあります。 口コミに3階からの景色が〜とか書いてあってややこしいのですが、部屋の入り口は1階(日本式の階数の数え方だと2階)です。 入り口、玄関、部屋に鍵があり安全です。部屋も十分な広さがありスーツケースを広げることができます。部屋にデスクがあり仕事する私には良かったのですが、椅子から釘が出ていて服が破れたり肌を傷つける心配があるのでそこは対策した方が良いです。建物の工事中で日中騒音はありましたが夜は静かなので気になりませんでした。 キッチンや冷蔵庫は朝食の時間帯は使えません。その時間帯に冷蔵庫使えないのは不便でした…。 洗濯機乾燥機は勝手に使うことはできなくて、10€を支払ってスタッフの人が代わりに洗濯するシステムでした。洗濯を急いでいる人は気を付けてください。でもここのスタッフの洗濯はとても丁寧で、10€支払う価値以上の仕上がりでした。 部屋の水回りや共用のキッチンは常にとても清潔でした！価格を考えても総合的にとても快適で良かったです。 あと、窓に破れた網戸について口コミがありましたが、たとえ破れていてもイタリア(ヨーロッパ全体で見ても)で網戸付きの窓があるのは奇跡に近いです。笑　窓開けて蚊が入ってくるなんて当たり前すぎて、高級ホテルでも網戸ないところが大半ということを頭の隅に置いていただけると幸いです。
広く快適でソケットもいくつかありました。
水回りは清潔で、リネン類も清潔でした。
朝食の時間帯は使えません。
エレベーターを使った後はしっかりと扉を閉めるように。日本には無いタイプなので最初使い方に戸惑うかもしれません。

親切な方が助けてくれて、建物のなかに入ることができました。

建物の３階にあるB&Bであるにもかかわらず、その建物に入る情報を知らされていなくて、近所の人かその建物の住人か、そのB&Bのスタッフではない人が、通りをウロウロして捜している私を見て、親切にその建物に入る入り口の番号を押してくれて中に入れてくれてB&Bのオーナーに会わせてくれました。その方がいなかったら、建物の中に、まず入れなかったでしょう。 その後は問題なかったですし、食堂のパティオから見る景色はとてもきれいでしたが、入り口が入れないと困ります。

veramente a 100 passi dal duomo di Arezzo

posizione ottimale per girare il centro storico di Arezzo, casa datata (altrimenti non sarebbe in centro), un pò fatiscente, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, ma anche così ha il suo fascino. Impareggiabile il balconcino che si affaccia sulla città, dove alla mattina puoi gustare una colazione più che soddisfacente, per noi italici. Massima gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host, nel riceverci e accompagnarci al ceck in e poi al parcheggio più comodo (300 mt dalla location, facilitato da una scala mobile a più rampe che ti porta davanti al Duomo e da lì son 100mt. Veramente da tornarci per pulizia e cortesia ricevuta.

Centralissimo che di più non si può con facile accesso dal parcheggio esterno alle mura della città. Estrema cortesia e simpatia da parte del proprietario. Colazione deliziosa, inclusi enormi croissant di alta pasticceria freschissimi. Letto molto comodo: abbiamo dormito benissimo!

Superb location

Superb location, right in the heart of the historic quarter and ideally located for the monthly antiques fair. Located in a modern building which replaced a medieval palazzo bombed in the war.
