Unpleasant Stay, Not Recommended

This place was far from advertised. When I first arrived the gentleman at the desk repeatedly asked to keep my Passport overnight, and return it in the morning. I had to refuse 3 times before he finally gave up and provided me with the key to a room. The door of my room had been previously forced in and the frame was repaired with finishing nails from the inside, which did not inspire confidence in my safety. There was no additional lock on the inside of the door, and the furniture basically fell apart while I searched for an electrical outlet within the room (there was not one, only one available in the bathroom). The hotel itself had an unpleasant smell throughout (combination of mold and other), and to make that worse my room's window did not open, and was covered in a cheap, peeling plastic on the inside. There was black mold in the joints on the inside door of the shower, and generally most parts of the hotel were rundown, broken or dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Galileo: tutto bene, ma....

Ho alloggiato al Galileo soltanto una notte, l'albergo data la stagione ed il giorno della settimana era praticamente vuoto. Tuttavia, la disponibilità del personale, la pulizia della stanza ed il comfort generale sono valsi i soldi spesi. Unica pecca, non trascurabile. Nel prezzo era compresa la colazione, la quale consisteva in una bevanda calda e NULLA da mangiare ad eccezione di un cornetto. Troppo poco, direi. Per il resto, scelta che rifarei.

Decepcionante.Chegar com a reserva e não ter vaga

Não existiu hospedagem... pois mesmo com a reserva, o hotel não tinha vaga. Decepcionante para um dia muito cansativo. Hotéis.com que me perdoe, mas evitarei ao máximo este site, para novas reservas. Uma vergonha!!!

Una buena elección

Una habitación estupenda para dos adultos y dos niños; espaciosa, camas cómodas, un gran baño. Todo muy nuevo y con buen gusto. El desayuno mejor de lo que esperábamos. Sin duda repetiría.

Hôtel loin du centre ville de Arezzo

Hôtel laissé à l'abandon. L'équipement est en piteux état (la pomme de douche était arrachée du mur et risquait de nous tomber sur la tête, la climatisation de fonctionnait pas la nuit.........) Cet hôtel est rempli de migrants africains. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Les femmes de ménages rentraient dans notre chambre alors que nous étions là. Nous avons été très déçu de cet hôtel et à peine arrivés nous étions déjà pressés d'en repartir. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Diese Hotel werde ich nicht noch einmal aufsuchen.

Der war sehr enttäuschend. Der Zustand im Badezimmer war nicht gut. Die Duschhalterung in der Wand war sehr locker, musste man mit Vorsicht genießen. Die Toilette ging nur einigermaßen und war am dritten und letztem Tag ganz Defekt. Der Stromanschluß im Zimmer ging überhaupt nicht. Der Pool war geschlossen, warum habe ich nicht erfahren. Und die ganzen Reklamationen hat das Personal an der Reception wenig interessiert.

Nee smerig en oud

Ik zou er nooit meer heen gaan , wat een troep in en rondom hotel. Geen airco stik heet. Zwembad is er nog wel, maar slootwater is schoner, je kan er niet in zwemmen. Personeel verzint smoesjes hoe en wat. Ontbijt slecht en oud brood, koffie niet te zuipen.

It is a good hotel if you need a mid way spot to stay. It could be a bit cleaner. Unfortunately we picked a night where a tour bus was in and people were constantly running up and down the hall ways so didnt get any sleep

Très bon établissement! J'ai dû changer à la dernière minute ma date d'arrivée et le personnel a été très compréhensif ne m'imposant aucuns frais supplémentaire. Pour un voyage d'affaires, le cadres est sympa et le personnel agréable.

Lontano da Arezzo

Contattato la reception mi assicuravano che il posto da raggiungere ad Arezzo Via Roma e ra a pochi minuti. Non essendo di zona mi sono fidato ed ho prenotato Arrivato al centro di Arezzo fortunatamente ho trovato di meglio

É um hotel grande, com um clima mais corporativo do que de turismo. Como faz parte de uma rede grande, não tem charme, não tem absolutamente nada de diferente de qualuqer hotel perto de qualuqer aeroporto em qualquer cidade. É longe do epicentro turístico de Arezzo, e ou você tem um carro, ou vai gastar bastante tempo até o centro de ônibus. Oferece estacionamento gratuito, entretanto. O café da manhã é o esperado de um hotel como esse. Não tenho do que reclamar, mas a experiência foi bastante pobre.

Albergo molto periferico a circa 10 km. da Arezzo.

Spiace dove constatare che la struttura alberghiera, nonostante appartenente ad una blasonata catena, non ne rispecchiava assolutamente gli standard qualitativi. In camera abbiamo trovato diverse (decine) di cimici vive e morte. Abbiamo le foto. Comunque, quello che ci ha amareggiato di più é stato l'atteggiamento del personale assolutamente poco collaborativo alla soluzione del problema adducendo giustificazioni poco plausibili come per esempio il fatto della perifericità della struttura (in campagna) e della mancanza della donna delle pulizie che appartenendo ad una cooperativa non poteva essere reperita.
