"部屋にエアコンが付いておらず、暑いと言ったら扇風機を持ってきてくれた。 3日泊まったが、ボディソープやトイレットペーパーなどは無くなったので新しいのがほしいと言わないと補充されていなかった。 ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらって、クレジットカードOKか？と聞いた時にはOKと言われていたにもかかわらず乗ってみるとモンゴル語しか通じず、カードも使えず非常に困った。 スタッフは日本語が話せる方もおり、空港までの送迎も早朝にもかかわらずしていただいたのでそこはとても感謝している。"

"The hostel is a bit hard to find. The hostel was small but clean and cozy, providing all the key essentials; however, it lacked communication. The hostel failed to respond to my emails and requests for weeks, and when the day came to check in, the passcode to enter the building was still not provided. Thus, this caused a great inconvenience and hassle. Plus, once I checked in, I wanted to use the toilet, and toilet paper was missing. So the maintenance was poor."

"ハラホリンにバスで行く前日に宿泊しました。ドラゴンバスターミナルまで徒歩20分ですがスーツケースを転がして行くには歩道が滑らかでないため、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらうことにしていましたが、当日朝にマネージャーが自ら車を運転してバスターミナルまで無料で送ってくれました。ホテルからは大通りを通る必要が無いため渋滞も無く3分程度で到着しました。バスターミナルはきれいなショッピングモールの１階にあります。市中心部からだと渋滞で2時間余裕を見ておいた方が良いそうなので、ドラゴンバスターミナル利用するならこのホテル利用が最適と思います。遮光カーテンもあり部屋も広く清潔で静か、英語を話すマネージャーがとても親切です。"
