"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. I really appreciated the in suite washer and dryer which were modern and worked well. There was also a full fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, hot plate and a microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. "I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
