Comfortable budget stay

Budget hotel in the city center. Located on pedestrian street with several restaurants and cafes and shops. Good location if you want to travel around the region. The buses stop couple of blocks away from the hotel but easy transport options. Plenty of police presence in night so it’s safe. Hotel can sometimes be noisy but I found it ok for the price. Comfy bed, decent shower and a huge tv. A small fan to beat the heat. Staff is friendly

Great location and great value

I needed a place to stay while I was meeting up with a girl friend. The ladies that checked me in were very nice and the room was just what I needed, simple with some comfort, hot shower, bed and huge TV with cable, didn't expect that. Maybe I got lucky but I flew in early and was able to check into my room around 10:30 am. Very big thank you for that! The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the shops and cafes, lots of people and some noise.

Hotel super bien situé sur une zone pietonière, très sécurisé. Bonne valeur qualité prix. Le personnel particulièrement Jaime et Mariana sont très sympathiques. La nuit c’est très silencieux étant donné qu’il n’y a pas de voiture. Le café Insomnia juste en face est aussi excellent.

Buena ubicación pero no tan fácil de encontrar

Tuvimos problemas con la reserva y con la ubicación, no es fácil de encontrar porque el nombre Ayenda no aparece en ninguna parte. No es nada accesible, está en un segundo piso sin ascensor. La ubicación es muy buena en plano bulevar peatonal lleno de tiendas
