Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We stayed in the hotel with 2 families with a kid each in 2 rooms. The hotel needs complete re haul as everything is very old like AC, pillows, wall mounted furniture. The washroom is ok but not towels are replaced on daily basis and only when you ask for them. No daily housekeeping to clean the room as well. Overall very disappointing from cleaning and comfort point of view.

Pool was not clean and it was very dirty, bad experience at the entrance.
Hot water was not coming and staff was very irresponsible even after telling the problems.
Very disappointed 😞
