Great hotel. Much improved in my opinion.

Brilliant hotel. Everything was excellent We did stay here once before about 6 years ago I think, the service was much much better this time. The parking is great The pool is superb. The breakfast was very good - a huge improvement over the last time we were here! Definitely would love to come back.

The staff ignored me more than once because my Italian is limited. We were charged for our dining more than we ate. The gym was reservation only for an hour with limited hours. The pool opened at 9am and closed at 8pm. Most restaurants in the village were closed for lunch.

Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene. Nella mia camera c’era un ordore inpressionante di scarchi marci. Ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta. Ho fatto presente in reception e la risposta è stata “mi dispiace”. Ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato allibito è stata che la reception la mattina apre alle 8 (anche se fino alle 8.10 non si è visto nessuno). Viaggiando per lavoro come nel mio caso ma in realtà anche per piacere si dovrebbe essere liberi di partire quando si vuole. Qui invece no, non si può saldare la sera prima (mi è stato detto che bisogna saldare la mattina prima di andare via). Peccato perché sarebbe una bellissima struttura con pulizia impeccabile e camere molto belle. Io non ci tornerò di sicuro.

Our "Ryanair experience" on ground

Our 1st impression was great, the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Then it started to feel like we're traveling with Ryanair, we were ripped off a bit... We'd just found out that the spa is not included in the original booking. We had to pay 8€ extra for this service. Then another 5€ for the bathrobe. Then another 4€ for the towel... The spa area looks quite nice, there are 4 different saunas. Unfortunately, none of them were hotter than 75°C so we didn't have a good sauna experience either. The dinner (18€ including the spa) was okay. However, by the time we arrived to the restaurant (20:15), half of the salad bar was already empty and they didn't fill it up any more... What was supposed to be a cheap accomodation with spa service, turned out to be a lot more expensive and a bit dissappointing. The room was okay, nothing special. The shower was really small and uncomfortable though. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It really felt like you're being ripped off on a Ryanair flight... :(
