โOur second time at this hotel. Itโs our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. Only a few minutes from the motorway (A26). Highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning during our next holiday in France. ๐โ
โFantastic place from which to visit Arras' sights and restaurants. Only complaint was shower/bath spilled water onto slippy floor and bar in evening was a bit limp. Gr8 breakfast.โ
โThe front desk was very helpful and spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.
The quick access to walk to the grand place for dinner and other activities was perfect.
I recommend this place for sure!! โ

โWhen advertised the description of the hotel stated it had a lift. Being partially disabled this was an important reason for my choice. However when we arrived we found that our room was in the part of the hotel that the lift only serviced to the second floor. Otherwise the room provided everything we needed.โ
โThis hotel is exactly the worst stay that I've ever experienced in France. When I arrive at hotel at 9 p.m., the hotel was closed and nobody answered even though I already booked on internet.
When I want to check out at 11 a.m., the hotel was closed and nobody answered again!!! I don't understand why they put the message 'if you have concern, call us 340.'โ
