The staff is so helpful and kind that i never met in London before.

“The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London.
The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property.
There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached...
“The location is perfect for Ally Pally. The aircon unit in the room was an absolute godsend in this hot weather….a bit noisy but didn’t stop us getting a good night’s sleep. Breakfast at Beans and Blues next door superb and good value….and 10% reduction if you mention you’re staying at Roseview. All their food is great!”

"샤워 후 바닥에 있는 유리조각에 발이 찔려 상처를 입었고 찾아보니 몇조각의 유리가 더 발견됬습니다. 방 교체를 요청했으나 모두 예약이 안되어 교체는 어려웠고 직접 청소기를 빌려 혹시 모를 유리조각을 치울 수 밖에 없었습니다.
이전 사용자가 유리를 깬 것 같은데 청소가 미흡했고 대처 역시 불만족스럽습니다."
