"Its always lovely to stay at the Langstone, but I think its starting to feel a little tired.
The rooms, whilst clean are a little rough at the edges, they show wear and tear, this is the second time I have stayed that my TV didn't work properly, plug was a poor fit for the bath. Though have to say the beds are always very comfortable
The location is perfect and the reception staff are always excellent, but I do find the bar and restaurant staff a little lacking in enthusiasm.
The menu is expensive for very average quality food, and I seldom eat there, the bar is ok, but lackluster service.
Spa is a bonus, and I have always found the staff there really helpful.
Overall, its a pleasant stay, but could be an amazing stay with a little more care and attention"
"This was our third stay at the Leonardo hotel Brighton and as always the staff, accommodation, breakfast and cleanliness were all excellent. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to our friends and family."
"Only a one night stay, but the room and location was perfect..
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely book again, hopefully for a longer stay next time."
"This was our 5th stay at the Leonardo Royal waterfront hotel, great location and good parking.
Lovely and airy, clean with lovely rooms and bathrooms."
"Beware of the room you are given. My wife, myself and my 2 kids (5 and 7) were given a room that only had 1 single bed and 1 double bed. Ended up pushing the beds together so the kids didn't fall out of bed. Terrible. I tried messaging the hotel prior to arriving to query this, but messages were not replied to.
Also, we stayed here last year (with a room that accommodated us), and the food last year was vastly superior. Pizza last year was rustic, and home made style. This year the pizza bases looked and tasted like ready made from Tesco. Really unpleasant."
