"All the staff were exceptional. Could not fault them. Great cocktails. Great breakfast. Just lacks somewhere to sit and drink without being surrounded by people eating. Room. For the price point it is lacking. Could fit a wardrobe with drawers in which would make it tidier. Alternatively hooks to hang coats and hooks at end of shower to hang your towel. Dressing gown had a hole in the sleeve. Sheets were stained. Needed a good dust especially panelling in bathroom and tops of doors, mirrors. Loose toilet seat. Encouraged to reuse towels which we did so left to dry. Cleaner then proceeded to fold them up. Thought we hsd been given new ones. Luckily I checked so I could get them dry before the next use. Would not hv been happy with a damp towel. Great location just needs a bit more attention to detail in the rooms. Staff particularly manager on fri/sat morning were amazing"

"The hotel building and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had a dog friendly room on the ground floor and it was very clean and comfortable. Yes, it’s a little dated maybe but we expected that and given that we only paid £58 for the night, I think value for money was excellent. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as we didn’t eat there."

"We always stay at the Queens Hotel when in Brighton visiting my family . It has the great sea front location and is close to everything including the Lanes A good breakfast buffet and reasonable prices along with great friendly staff , it’s our “ go to “ hotel in Brighton"
