While the property is not within walking distance of nearby restaurants or markets, taxis were always readily available to take us wherever we needed to go. "The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds.
