Our stay was amazing. Lucie and staff made sure we were well looked after each night we stayed between our Safari and trek. Rooms are a great size, clean and comfortable. Food and service was amazing. The location is a little remote, but this is the appeal, quiet and the surroundings are perfect to sit back and relax. Thanks for a great stay!

Wegen organisatorischer Probleme des Driver-Guides nahmen wir das gesamte Gepäck (Kabinentrolley m. Tauchgepäck, 2 Taschen) für eine Nacht mit in die Unterkunft. Auf besagtes Gepäck stürzten sich drei (!) Personen. Mein Trolley wurde mir aus der Hand gerissen, obwohl ich deutlich machte, dass das nicht nötig ist. No go. Das leckere Abendessen bestand aus einer Vor- und Nachspeise in Buffetform mit großer und guter Auswahl, das Hauptgericht konnte man wählen. Die Cocktails waren lecker. Den nahegelegenen Fluglärm hört man, nicht jedoch nachts. Die Anfahrt ist aufgrund einer Vielzahl an Schlaglöchern beschwerlich und zieht sich. Nach dem sehr guten Frühstück begab ich mich zur Begleichung der Rechnung mit lediglich meinem Trolley zur Rezeption. Als ich bereits auf der Terrasse war und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Rezeption (4-5m), schrie mir eine Dame des Personals, fixiert auf Trinkgeld, hinterher. Während ich bezahlte, betrat sie, ohne zu klopfen, einfach unser Zimmer. Mein Freund, welcher sich auf der Toilette befand, musste mit ihr diskutieren, bis sie endlich ging. Privat- und Intimsphäre total ignoriert. Bezahlung per Kreditkarte: Angeblich nur in USD möglich mit sehr schlechtem Kurs. Ich nannte ihr einen wirklich großzügigen Betrag inkl. VAT und Trinkgeld (teilte dies so auch mit), woraufhin sie dann noch einen Zuschlag hinzurechnete. No Go. FAZIT: Auf Geld fixierte Kofferträger und Rezeptionistin FLOP, übriges Personal, Unterkunft und Essen TOP. Nicht nochmal!

Overall loved staying there, staff were so friendly and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. However, lunch was 15$ and dinner 20$ - for these meals you were told what was for dinner and there was no menu.
