Has all the amenities you would need maybe check out can be a little later but staff is very flexible and nice. My room smelled a little of mildew and the bedsheets but it’s humid overall great place still for the price it’s fair.

FRIENDLY STAFF. Staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice and clean. Swimming pool made our stay more interesting. Thank you for the wonderful service.

FANTASTIC.....! We arrived at Korona house around 23HRS - very welcoming staff. Nice hotel with a charming ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The restaurant and rooms are very clean with simple African furnishings. The free Wi-Fi was fast enough. Breakfast was tasty, filling, and included in the price of the room. Highly recommended.

Great staff

The staff at the hotel was amazing! I would go back because Charles, Gerard, Yusuf and Innocent were so helpful. The driver wasn't available one day; so, Charles drove us to the museum in Arusha and to the snake farm outside town. Gerard, Yusuf and Innocent were so attentive to every little need!

Wonderful, quiet Arusha hotel

Korona House is a wonderful little hotel about 5-6 km from the center of Arusha. It is tucked away in a secure, very quiet, garden-like location just off a main road. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They were responsive to all of our needs and requests. They prepared wonderful meals for our stay. They arranged transit for us. They were friendly and efficient. It is an outstanding alternative to more expensive hotels in the heart of Arusha. It does not have business amenities that a large hotel might have, but it is perfect for anyone in transit thru Arusha, visiting Arusha for a family visit, or on a brief business visit who does not need a lot of business amenities. All four of us in our family agreed that it was a gem of a hotel!

a joyful finding

The pictures of Korona didn't do it justice. The room is actually very beautiful. It is nice decorated, clean and cosy. As a solo traveller, I felt much more comfortable staying in this small guesthouse than a huge luxury room which i stayed during safari. The dining place is also very cute and colourful. The reception was very friendly and helpful. This guesthouse locates in a quiet and nice area (my safari driver guide sent me here and said it's a rich area) which is about 20 mins drive from downtown. They have a good variety of choices for lunch and dinner so you won't need to go out for dining. I highly recommend it to all travellers who are looking for a nice and affordable place in Arusha.

Highly Recommend

The staff at Korona Villa was amazingly friendly and attentive - they all went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. I was here for four days total and it really felt like a home away from home. The property is beautiful with many places to enjoy some fresh air. I also ate at the restaurant several times and the food was good and plentiful.

Comfortable, attractively decorated room.

Great , excellent food. .best so far in my trip. Staff beyond fried and helpful. Just wonderful to me. A bit far from town center but easy to get Dallas Dallas or taxi. Swimming pool. Very happy here.

A very nice and cosy Bed & Breakfast offering

I found the staff and facilities to be both welcoming and homely, they made not only my stay in Arusha comfortable, but also help plan a tour package. Breakfast buffet and home made evening meals on premise were of a very standard. Located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirt of Arusha Town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to visitors planning safari's or already have them booked. My tour guide for 3 day, was excellent very knowledgeable and a great companion.

Comfortable and nice value accomidations

Was looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights after a safari. Korona house was new, clean, secure and felt like luxury after spending a week camping. Staff was very friendly. The location is in a wealthy neighborhood about 10 or 15 minutes outside of Arusha. The facility seems like a big house converted into a hotel. The only thing that could use improvement is the food. We really enjoyed the ice cream but the meals themselves were mediocre. This in itself might keep me from coming back because the remote location makes it hard to get food elsewhere.

A relaxing place to stay after safari

My friend and I stayed here after our safari. It was the perfect place, quiet, away from the main part of town with comfortable and clean rooms. The restaurant on site was great with delicious food cooked on site. I recommend the coconut rice and curry. The staff are humble and helpful, and Charles the manager is very friendly and personable. He arranged a day trip to Kilimanjaro for us and we were lucky to have him and a guide to take us up to the first hut. For a relaxing and friendly stay with great food, I recommend Korona House. Thank you to Charles and your staff for a relaxing stay.

Quality Service Bed & Breakfast!!!

Staying at the Korona House was a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Arusha. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of us. Currently spent 5 nights in Dodoma (MISERABLE), and DEFINITELY miss the Korona House.

Phenomenal Customer Service

All in all, the Korona House was a pleasant stay. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I lost my wallet in one of the taxis on my first day, and they went above and beyond to find it and return it to me three days later. They called the airport, taxi company, and even the taxi drivers themselves. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! For that alone, the next time I visit Arusha, Korona House will definitely be my first pic. And the food is delicious, especially their vegetable soup.

Home from Home

Gary and I had an excellent experience staying at Korona House during our visit to Arusha. We were able to use Korona house as a base during various activities, confidently leaving valuables in safe keeping while hiking Kilimanjaro. Quick laundry service before heading out on the next adventure. Nicely presented and tasty meals, with great service from Joseph, Innocence and Gerrald, and Chas, the manager were friendly and supportive in our attempt to learn some basic Swahili. If you are looking for accommodation that has the feeling of being at home, then I can highly recommend Korona house.

Very nice stay

The Korona House is an excellent choice if you are staying in Arusha. They have a full menu, including dinner and the property is clean and the rooms are well kept. The staff is friendly and they can arrange transportation into the city centre or the airport. We had an excellent driver that took us to several interesting places around Arusha, including the local markets and a couple of museums. Amani stayed with us the whole day and led us to places where the locals shop and a great restaurant for lunch. He was very relaxed and let us take our time. We would stay here again.
