So everything was excellent except the bed . It was the worst bed that i ever slept on my back was killing me everyday Aside from that everything else was great the staff were so nice . The place was convenient in terms of transportation and location . Please change the mattresses

Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel. Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable.

Muy bonito Hotel, el desayuno muy variado y te dan un dia de desayuno VIP, las habitaciones tienen mucho espacio y la limpieza es 100% bien, las camas muy comfortables, y la ubicacion a un lado de la estacion de tren y que esta ubicado en Universal city puedes salir y estan las tiendas y restaurantes al alcance.
