It was clean, well organized, friendly and responsive, providing everything that one might need for a comfortable cleanstay. The Bathroom was beautiful and clean, but the tiles got dangeresly slippery when wet, it needed a mat or some Non Slip Coating!!! Thank You!

Having an apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel room. The price was actually less than many of the hotel rooms in the area. The early check-in was efficient and really helpful. The staff did an excellent job. Not scenic views from your room but Not a great big deal. The advantages far outweigh any disadvantages. You can walk to the REWE store and several others. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice Apartment, but Maintenance and Customer Service Need Improvement The room was pleasant and reasonably clean overall, although some of the cupboards were dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Arrival was straightforward, and although there are no reception staff and check-in is entirely self-service, this worked well enough. The accommodation itself is very basic, which wasn’t necessarily a problem. However, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The kettle didn’t work, and despite reporting this twice, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The shower holder was also broken. The lift was another frustration, as it didn’t work properly throughout our stay. Being on the second floor, we frequently had to use the stairs and walk around the building just to access our apartment or leave. Overall, the apartment was adequate, but the lack of attention to basic maintenance and the failure to respond to reported problems were disappointing. With better upkeep and more responsive customer service, the experience could have been considerably better.

Was aber wirklich ins Gewicht fällt.
