Der Aufenthalt war schön. Die Umgebung war schön, jedoch musste man alle mit dem Auto fahren, was jedoch einem bewusst sein sollte, da es abgelegen ist. Der Pool ist ganz okay und Wellness 1h am Tag inklusive. Die Rezeption ist hilfsbereit und das Frühstück auch ganz gut. Leider ist bei uns der Strom ausgefallen und wir mussten dann mehrmals am Sicherungskasten im Zimmer ihn wieder anmachen nachdem uns gezeigt wurde wie das geht. Uns wurde gesagt wir könnten das Zimmer wechseln wenn es weiterhin passiert, dies haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Alles in allem war es gut und empfehlenswert!

Acomodacoes e atendimento nota 1000.

Excelente acomodacao! Limpeza, gentileza da recepcao, quarto maravilhoso! Esperava mais do cafe da manhã. Chegamos as 9h30 e ja estavam montando mesa de almoço para um evento. Não tinha ninguem no café para nos atender. A piscina estava com muito cloro e o spa indisponivel, nao pudemos usar. No geral é muito bom! Mas acho que fomos numa data em que havia um evento de bike que atrapalhou um pouco o atendimento do cafe da manha.

We were given an alternative room on the second night because neither the fridge or aircon worked, as well as the shower being so small it was hard to wash properly in it. The alternative room was better, however the TV was much too small and too high up on the wall to be able to view it properly from the bed

Hôtel très « corporate » d’apparence mais personnel chaleureux qui rend ce lieu très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et lit extrêmement confortable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande pour une nuit en plein milieu de la Toscane. Merci à Sophia qui a été de très bons conseils et qui parle de sa région avec son cœur.

Hante, el recepcionista fue muy agradable y atento, ofreciendo planes y rutas por visitar, un diez. La habitación y la cama era enorme y el desayuno perfecto. La única contra, las almohadas me parecen finas y poco mullidas.
