“Silvia am Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, fantastisch. Wir waren für 1 Nacht. Lage gut, ruig mit begrünter Anlage. Preis für 1 Nacht doch etwas teuer, aber noch okay. Zimmer geräumig. Küche vorhanden mit allem was man braucht. Parking vorhanden, Preis fair. Zimmer sauber, im Sommer jedoch sehr heiss, eine Klimaanlage müsste hier her, der Deckenventilator war mehr Dekoration als Abhilfe. Wir würden dennoch wieder kommen.”

“Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. One thing I didn’t know was that most places in Lugano don’t have air...

“We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit.”

“À newly renovated one bedroom apartment with full kitchen capacity and AC! One bedroom and one bathroom. Located very close to the ferry, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Very convenient. We stayed for 10 days and will come back again. The only thing is the electricity power is not compatible with all ACs on when stove cooking. And the first floor here is the second floor in NA😂.”
