Impossible to have the window open, but no air con in the room so it was stiflingly hot. Grateful for the fan provided on request, but still a poor experience. No accessible sockets near bed. Setting gorgeous, but room functionality very poor"

"The staff, especially the manager, were extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly throughout my stay. They were always happy to help and made me feel valued as a guest. However, the room was very hot because the air conditioning was not working properly, which made it difficult to get comfortable, particularly at night. If the air conditioning issue is resolved, the overall experience would be much better."
