“A young man,Sandeep, organizing host was very kind, responsive, helpful and understanding. Just had one day of arrangements problems, however, it appears that it wasn't in his full control. Very thankful to him.
Another young man Sunil though on a later shift was also amicable, kind and helpful.
The room service staff were all kind, considerate and helped keep the room and bathroom in order.
The pool man was kind
