โThis property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. โAccommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. โ
โWe arrived early at the hotel. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. Asked if we were celebrating anything special, it was my birthday. Received complimentary drink of my choice.
We hadn't visited the area before and the staff explained how to get to the various points of interest in the area.
We had the Cornonation Streeet tour booked and that was in easy walking distance and so was the Man United statium.
