Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

“The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.”

“The sofa bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. The internet was slow and Freeview did not work. The location was excellent. Communication prior to visit was incomplete and full information was not provided until 30 minutes before check in. Check in staff were however helpful. Parking was a bonus.”
