“We were so pleased with our stay at Steris Elegant Beach Hotel! We arrived past midnight on our first day because of a delayed flight and the staff, especially Dino, was so welcoming and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. We loved having the beach right out front of our hotel, and the beach service with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks was fantastic. The rooms are also very clean, the ac works great and the location is near the old town, supermarkets, tourist and local shops....

“Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow”

“My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.”

“We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....
