"Such a delightful place to stay! Really beautiful property with a great view. Location is perfect, it’s a super quick walk to fira’s main square. Loved my room it was comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom. Felt incredibly safe my entire stay here. The hotel also has laundry service, which was very convenient, and a nice breakfast service that’s delivered to your room. The staff here is great, it seemed to be family run(or at least partly) and they were all genuinely lovely people....

The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! One of the people from reception sat with us in the lobby overlooking the ocean and told us about all of the features and amenities available to us, took us on a golf cart ride of the property, and showed us directly to our room. "This hotel was perfect ! The room I booked was the city view. And man it was gorgeous. It looked cave like. When we opened our door it was access to the pool , felt like it was our personal one. The rooms are super clean , workers are extremely nice. Breakfast is great. 8am -11am which I think is very accommodating for sleepers lol. If you have a later flight they will hold your luggage for you and you can still roam around. This hotel is a 20 min walk to all the restaurants, clubs shopping...

"The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I were welcomed with juice upon arrival and our room was ready early. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and it was serviced every day, they even folded my pajamas. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many options it was overwhelming. The hotel is very close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. "
