“Great ”

“Really nice property; not fancy at all but they do the basics right. Had a problem with the air conditioner the first night—literally froze, 62° and the gauge wouldn’t go up or down or off, especially an issue when you’re wet from the beach or pool—but maintenance shut it off at the breaker the next day and installed a window unit. Not a perfect fix but good enough to get through our stay. Bottom line, they got on the problem right away and found a solution. Nice people and we would stay again. ”

“This place was a gem. Staff was a 10/10. EVERYONE was so kind to us during our stay for my son’s birthday. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk, made it super easy with 3 kids. We plan to come back here for all of our OCMD trips. Thank you Burgundy for a great week!! ”

“I loved finding out that the entire facility is pet friendly meaning I didn’t have to make any special calls or advanced reservations to get a pet friendly room like at other places!
