“The photos of the rental are of rooms from different units in the house. We did not realize there was only one bathroom with a shower. We found the other 1/2 bathroom outside on the porch with a no locking door. The unit was not cleaned well and we found something strange pinned up on the front porch. There was also no room for me to park at the rental. I was told that I could use a parking space at a hotel one street over. I appreciated this offer considering there was no parking anywhere...

“The proximity to beach was great, but info given online is inaccurate. The kitchen was not fully stocked with kitchenware given the size of the suite. There were bath towels despite the amenities saying they were not provided. Also, there was no broom to clean up the sand despite the entire suite being tiled. Air conditioning was good! ”

“The Virgina Lee N is in a great location, oceanfront, close to everything. The property was clean but needs some TLC. It’s an older home and it shows. The place consisted of 3 Apartments and you can hear the neighbors. Needs night time blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights come through and lights up the rooms. ”

“Location was good. But the place was not the cleanest. Beds were old mattresses were stained like murders. Water heater turned down cold water. No comforters just dirty blankets with holes. White socks are not an option l. Had to throw them away due to turning them black. Washing and bleach could not save them. Communication there is none. ”

“It was very nice plenty of space. The steps and deck could use some work. Door pad was hard to lock . Otherwise great place and clean”
