“Found a single bed bug and a single flea in my bed when I woke up, and I'm concerned about any bugs that were there that we didn't see. Door had a chain lock but the actual lock on the front door did not work.”

“absolutely horrible stay. ordered a king bed, got two twin beds, our key card didn’t work, never cleaned the room, never got new towels even when we asked, the fridge either froze everything or completely melted, deadbolt didn’t work so they sent us to a new room. new room didn’t have pillowcases on the pillows, red spattered stains on pillows, dents and scratches all over room 6, sent us to a new hotel location, to get there and still have two twin beds. when we got there to the new location...

“They were under construction.. room was old.. ceiling falling. But new floors. It was clean enough... but not a nice place. I stayed 1 night but found a different place to stay my 2nd night.”

“Had a problem with our room being cleaned. First 2 days great, 3rd day no one cleaned our room and I had to call down to the desk for clean towels. Fourth day I had to remind the maids to clean our room, after that all was great. Rooms are a b,it dated. Bathroom needs new caulking. That being said location is great and staff helpful. Beds are great and comfy. Even though we had those minor problems, I would stay there again.”
