"The exterior of this hotel is beautiful. This was very close to the train station and very easy to get to navigate. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. The rooms were clean, adequately sized, and well furnished. Great stay all in all"

"Stayed here for a long weekend. 10 mins out of the centre of Amsterdam and super connected with very regular buses. Hotel was lovely, staff were equally as lovely. Room was incredibly clean. Would highly recommend the hotel for your visit."

Firstly, I was given no information about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, when I finally got to the hotel, the attendance said that the phones stop at seven. That explains why when we tried to call multiple times, no answer was available. Of course, be aware that the shuttle is not free, but actually cost five euros. I had also called on previous occasions to schedule the spa massage. I sent two...
