Unica pecca potrebbe essere la doccia che nelle casette non ho una cabina quindi l’acqua tende ad andare dappertutto nel bagno. Però il resto è tutto bellissimo!

Eravamo in un appartamento in mezzo al nulla della sezione Grappolo (cosi’ l hanno chiamato). L’appartamento era molto sporco. nonostante avessi richiesto di ripulire il pavimento subito dopo il check in la pulizia e’ stata fatta x modo di dire. Mio figlio piccolo praticamente l’ha ripulito gattonando. La culla data era di un modello vecchissimo con ferri in posizione da rischio sbattimento testa. Pieno di insetti e zanzare in mancanza di zanzariere, la luce esterna non era spegnibile quindi eravamo chiusi dentro. Il condizionatore era un francoil vecchio e mezzo andato che faceva una gran polvere, quindi non utilizzabile. Divano letto vecchissimo con rivestimento bucato, consumato e sporco. Porta del bagno si chiudeva a fatica spingendo a forza. Ristorante della struttura era lontanissimo e richiedeva la macchina, con menu “chic” dove spendi tanto e ti alzi con la fame. Passeggiate in stradine senza ombra e senza illuminazione, in cui passano anche le auto. Piscina senza bagnino, senza bar e senza anima viva. La struttura non era recintata e chiunque poteva accedere dall’esterno. Unica cosa positiva: la vista notturna in lontananza di assisi illuminata (che pero’ si vedeva da dietro la finestra chiusa pena essere divorati dalle zanzare). Materasso del lettl matrimoniale molto largo e comodo.

Excellent resort hotel in great location

Set in very significant and well maintained grounds this is a modern resort hotel with great design features and extensive facilities and a collection of out buildings converted to self catering apartments. Well positioned for exploring Assisi and the surrounding area (5 mins to the major roads). Tranquil with a great feeling of space, two large pools that we never had any issue finding a place round over 2 weeks (often had them to ourselves for hours on end). On site restaurant offers stunning views of Assisi at night, with superb standard of food and service at very reasonably prices, particularly the excellent value wine produced on the hotels estate. Not sure if this is typical of the apartments but the kitchen in the self catering apartment we had was very basic indeed with few utensils, a hob only (no oven, grill, toaster or even a microwave) we just bought a cheap BBQ and grilled outside. Just be aware of this as if you are aiming to cater for a family of 4 here you are going to need to be very inventive!

siamo stati per 2 notti in appartamento , lo consiglio sia per il confort da vero 4 stelle sia per il personale veramente preparato e gentile. inoltre , essendo io in carrozzina posso dire che e' accessibile alle persone disabili come poche altre strutture che ho visitato..........

Hôtel avec des prestations extraordinaires. Situé à 3km du centre d'Assise et à 1 km de la basilique Santa Maria dei Angeli. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux par les propriétaires. Propreté parfaite. Calme total. si vous hésitez c'est cet hôtel qu'il faut réserver. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir.
