"We have stayed in many hotels and honestly the staff, cleanness and the services here were top notch! Have nothing to say except THANK YOU for making it great stay for us as it was our anniversary and wife bday present. very friendly staff and room was cleaned daily without even us asking for it. and when i say clean not just regular cleaning services you see, they would fold your cloths and go through the whole thing kinda services daily. honestly amazing and the location to everything was walkable. "I spent 2 months in Bangkok, and came back to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are fantastic, huge, well stocked and decorated. City view is amazing. Housekeeping does a great job, and showed up promptly when I indicated I wanted my room made up. Bed linens were pristine. Towels slightly less so, but clean and changed daily. Front desk staff were polite and helpful -- as was everyone I interacted with every time. Breakfast buffet was generous and changes daily. Gym was large, clean, and had all the equipment I wanted. Pool is awkwardly located right next to the windows of restaurant area (don't swim during breakfast hours if you are self-conscious!), but is good sized and clean. The only real negative about this hotel is that it's not really close to anything, including transit. They are happy to call a cab when needed, though, and there are convenience stores, a cafe, and a laundromat within walking distance -- and it is convenient if you are being treated at one of the nearby hospitals. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Bangkok!"
