"Great stay an easy bus ride from the city center. Room came with a microwave, kettle, and basic dishes/utensils. Good accommodation.
Reception was rarely in which wasn’t an issue (but may be depending on check-in and check-out needs). "
"The hotel itself is wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom was nice, but it's not very private (there's an opaque glass that separates it from the room, so people can see you in there). The area surrounding the hotel is under construction, so it feels a little sketchy, but is safe overall. Nonetheless, the hotel is very close to the Brussels Midi train station, which is a plus."
"Great little hotel.
It’s not a luxury hotel but it had a traditional family run feel and seemed popular with tradesmen.
The staff were great, especially at the bar restaurant reception, and food was very good.

"Great location, clean, super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely recommend it to others! "
"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."
"Super convenient, steps away from the train station. Staff is nice and friendly. I only missed having a mini fridge in the room to keep food / cold drinks."
"We really liked the size of the place. The area was good during the day, but definitely a little sketchy at night. Had zero problems during our stay and staff was really helpful. "
"I had stayed at a number of budget hotels in my 30+ years of traveling. Even at a budget hotel it should be clean. When I checked in, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. After some discussion they moved me to another room which was cleaner but then the TV didn't work. I again raised this to their attention and they said only two TVs work in the buiding and they were renovating and did not have a timeline of when the TVs would be working for anyone. Even at a budget hotel mold is not acceptable and is a health issue. The listed amenity of the TV is not working so that should be removed as an amenity and that is false advertising. I shall file a formal complaint with the commission in Brussels regarding this establishment. Any room with mold should not be rented out due to health issues until appropriate measures have been taken to completely remove the mold. Travelers should also be aware that this is an older building so it does take around 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Also as others have pointed out there really aren't any convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants or really anything in walking distance. I took the 98 bus (the 98 bus stop is on the street) into Brussels and it generally took around 30 minutes to get to the Grand Hall area. So you should be prepared for that if you plan to use public transportation."
