The room is very big and clean; the breakfast is very nice.Very close to the train station, just a short walk. The bathtub is a plus, you can take a hot bath after a long day of walking. Minor suggestion - please serve banana and provide slippers and a bathrobe.

Loved the location of the hotel. Had a standard size room for 2 people. It is right across from the train station which made it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious and as described on the website. Happy there was working A/C. It didn't get to freezing cold but it was cool enough for the night. Receptionist was kind and smooth check in process since there was an option to check-in online, we didn’t have to wait til 3pm as our room was ready. I would stay here again if I was visiting Brussels.

Excellent location right next to the train station - it’s across the road as you walk out! Also right by the metro for navigating into the attractions. The room was extremely spacious, clean, comfy bed & pillows, wonderful shower pressure and proper hairdryer which was appreciated! Would definitely stay again if we were back.

Check in took a little longer than normal due to only one receptionist but he was very helpful (and apologetic). The room was perfect for an overnight stay between journeys. Sadly the kitchen was only offering a limited selection so I can’t rate the food there, but there was a good selection of snacks to purchase.
