"All was managed well but in case they cant teace your phone no on the booking, you may have issue getting details on how to get in the property, specially if you have booked lastminute like me."

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "

"Easy check in and great sized room. Clean, comfy and in a great location. I had some issues with my room door locking but these were sorted via live messaging fairly smoothly. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. "

"Great stay here, very close to Louisa metro station. Super comfy bed, good amenities and decent shower. It’s not the most modern or well looked after room but it did the job! The staff were super friendly and when we arrived at 10.45am we could check in, result! It was super easy to jump on the metro to go more central so definitely worth the slightly cheaper price tag as it’s just slightly further out. "

"The location was ideal being so close to the midi train station and was only a 25 minute walk from central Brussels along the main road which had shops and restaurants. The room was larger than expected as well and was clean and comfortable "

"Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot. "

"L'appartement est bien situé. L'intérieur est grand mais bizarrement agencé (cuisine sombre donnant sur la salle de bain et les toilettes). La salle de bain nécessite travaux (rideau de douche non stabilisée, fenêtre ne ferme pas, pas de porte vêtement....) Des toilettes non utilisables car bouchées"

"The flat is lovely and very clean. The location is excellent. The bed is very confy but the sofabed is not and the duvet needs changing. We would repeat the stay in the apartament for sure."
