Unfortunately our flight was too early for us to try the breakfast menu....Maybe next time!! The shuttle service was very good and much appreciated!! Two suggestions... 1) A clearer indication as to where to wait for the shuttle would be helpful. 2) Perhaps a shelter should be considered in the event of rain

I needed to book a hotel at very short notice due to travel problems and the Holiday Inn Express was definitely the best of the choices I had. COmbined with the free shuttle service, staff were incredibly helpful, room was comfy and quiet and the breakfast was very good as always with Holiday Inn - would definitely use them again.

Stayed for a swift in and out work trip. Considering location to the airport the room was silent. Room was an excellent size and had a desk I could do some work on in the evening. Breakfast was alright but I am fussy with what I eat. Still managed to fill up for the day though as there is a lot of choice. As a work stay the hotel was perfect.

The gal who checked us in was fantastic; kind, polite, thorough. The room was great, the bed was very comfy! However we had a very early flight out so we asked for a bagged breakfast. The man who was at the desk for the overnight was rude not only to us but to other customers ahead of us, made us feel like a complete imposition that he had to do his job, and when he had to put together an extra breakfast because there was only 1, he picked a banana that was already split open, a rock hard pear, and a yogurt. I saw the breakfast buffet and it looked very good so that made it extra disappointing. However his attitude was what left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole stay, despite not having any other issues.
