Clean room, friendly staff, good ameneties, grocery store in the lobby which is super conveineint. Studio had all the cooking supplies you'd need and was also clean.

This is a terrible place to stay. I still need help with getting a refund. I never even had a rooms to stay in because my card would not scan in the room. I had to sleep in the lobby. The bathrooms were gross and had no toilet paper.

Poor city tax

The distance from city central Abit far that's why cheap and there is no attraction. The distance from nearest metro to there at night can be creepy and no good for ladies. The property also a scam I don't why people rate 5 stars maybe its staff but I got scammed in the receipt I was to pay $20 but was suddenly charge close to $23. The receipt put $24. I don't understand. Talk to hotel management, they call never pick up and then when I was about to check they declined a refund. Should sue this company. Be careful can scam you.

I checked in to the hotel and was immediately contacted by a manager who informed me that, due to undefined “technical issues” I had to be rebooked to another property located outside the Brussels city centre. I later discovered that access to this alternative accommodation was limited, with train services running only until approximately 20:30, which caused additional inconvenience when I attempted to reach the hotel in the evening. Although the proposed relocation initially appeared acceptable, I ultimately incurred unexpected costs, amounting to nearly half the value of my original booking, for private transportation to the replacement hotel. When I raised the issue of reimbursement, the manager made me feel as though requesting compensation was unreasonable, but he confirmed that the refund would be provided. Since then, the manager has failed to issue the agreed reimbursement and appears to be intentionally delaying the process. This behaviour is extremely disappointing and reflects a customer-unfriendly approach that should not be associated with any hotel. I am prepared to pursue the appropriate legal and consumer-protection avenues to recover the amount owed, but I also wish to formally report my experience in case this pattern of conduct is recurring.

Sauberes, großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, zur U-Bahn etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Bistro und ein Supermarkt.

Lidt slidt.

Super service ved ankomst. Ok til prisen. Men meget slidt hotel. Flere ting i lejlighed var defekt. Bl.a. stoppet toilet, dør til bruser knirker helt vildt. Der manglet sæbe. Og andre mindre ting. God seng og god størrelse. Der er desværre en del lugt gener fra restaurant, som er tydelig hele dagen. Trænings rum er en joke. Og helt ubrugeligt. Dejligt med købmand i stueetagen. Og rimelig tæt på Alma metro.
