We paid for 2 nights directly from the US in USD (and the price was quite costly by local standards). Yet when we arrived, the bathroom tap had no water and further, the faucet / tap was half broken. Further, the room's marketing clearly indicated a balcony yet there was none in the room provided us. As such, we asked for another location which they showed us but that...
