The location of the hotel is great. We stayed in two different rooms and one of the bathroom was extremely small. The hotel is on a busy street so it is very noisy. The breakfast was fine by the coffee machine kept on breaking which created a long coffee line.

No laundry facilities available despite being advertised - only expensive laundry services and this was a reason we picked it. Staff friendly. Rooms very dated.

We liked the people and location. We didn’t like the exercise room as it didn’t have an elliptical. I would suggest staying there as we easily got around.

My family and I were surprised this was a 4-star hotel. Many of the 3-star hotels we have stayed in were much nicer. The hotel was clean, the shower had great pressure and heat, and the breakfast was superb. However, the rooms were very small (there were only 3 of us and barely enough room) and the staff could be more helpful. For example, we asked for suggestions for close restaurants and we were given options that were across town, so we ended up Googling. When we asked about luggage storage for after checkout, we were told there were lockers in the basement for a few, but then another staff member told us later that they would just hold our bags for us. Car arrangements were also touch-and-go.

Broken AC and dirty toiletries were left in the bathroom and the floor was dirty. The sliding windows were uninsulated so it was very loud from the noise of cars and hot air was coming inside. Good staff and great restaurant with a cool waiter, super nice guy and awesome views upstairs. The management needs to fix things if they want to charge people these prices wish we could stay longer but had to leave because it wasn’t comfortable.
