Stairs were a little more than expected but the staff were very friendly, helpful with luggage as well as informative Room was also a little tight with our baggage but had a nice view and easily accommodates our needs

Quirky and stylish property conveniently located for the Kolonaki / Exarhia / Syntagma / shopping district areas. Beautiful top floor room in a listed building. There are stairs to climb so be prepared - luggage not an issue as the staff takes care of it. Overall very enjoyable stay... will be back...

We had an amazing stay at Flair Athens! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable, our one was with a hot tub. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Flair Athens for anyone visiting this incredible city!

Don’t look any further

This place is just great. Nice building with beautiful rooms (we had one with a jacuzzi and filmprojector on the terrace). Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of all the main attractions, e.g. 30 minutes to Acropolis entrance (very nice café just opposite the entrance btw). So everything great but best of all is the superfriendly and helpfull staff. This will definitely be our place when in Athens.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the location as it was only a short walk to local bars and restaurants, and only 10 minutes to bus stops and the nearest subway station. Starting each day with a fantastic breakfast on the roof terrace set us up for a full day of sight-seeing. My only criticism is that the room was a bit on the small side, though this was compensated somewhat by our private terrace and a wonderful view of the chapel on Lycabettus Hill.

This property is a hidden gem. It is an artistic boutique hotels with beautiful art on the walls, furniture is unique and beautiful and the bathrooms are stunning. My room has a terrace which was stunning and the staff could not have been more kind and gracious. There were many stairs and no elevator but the staff carried our bags up and down. I only mention in case you do need that amenity. I will definitely stay again. Stunning

It's a cool hotel... the location isn't great. There's no elevator but they will help you with your bags up all the stairs. The hot tub didn't work property, wasn't heating and was shorting out... so having the extra balcony space and hot tub expense wasn't worth it - for us, anyway. It's an incredibly small space/room for the cost. Wifi/internet doesn't work or is extremely intermittent to the point of not working/frustration. TV doesn't work because of this either. They said it was a neighbourhood issue - so that is unfortunate for them as this service is not dependable or provided. We were strangely able to access wifi enough to use Netflix on a tablet but not on the TV. That being said, yes, the view from the patio is cool for 2 minutes. The service was exceptional. The value for what you get is not in line.

Im März war es doch noch ziemlich frisch, die Heizung funktionierte. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und dadurch in der 2. Ebene eine sehr große sonnige Terrasse bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet, viele Treppen, kein Fahrstuhl. Einziges Makel: das Frühstück wird nicht am Buffet eingenommen, sondern man wählt aus einem Menü und erhält eine Box und speist im Zimmer oder auf der Terrasse des Hauses. Wer lieber am Buffet speist, sollte dies wissen. Das war uns bei der Buchung nicht klar. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam! Die Gegend OK, Zugang zu Bus und Metro in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe.
