The property was sparking clean, great location and close walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Building is safe and secure and very comfortable. Room is spacious, terrace was lovely and pictures look exactly like the rooms. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked! Little shops near by for essentials and good public transport.

Did not get the code the day before and Expedia had a hard time getting ahold of the property and our phones were dying. Property was awesome and made up for the check in short coming.

The property wasn’t helpful at all to watch our bags before check in, we weren’t asking to even enter the property. But we had 5 hours to wait with our bags. No front desk or person to contact on premise. The key code to get into the building didn’t inform us that it was both numbers entered on each pinpad (poor directions, no one to ask either). But it was clean and nice for what it was. But no reception, only the very nice cleaning staff.

Nice clean place. However, there were many annoyances. There is no housekeeping. I asked for extra towels over WhatsApp and the host said that they would be provided. They were not. I asked for and was granted a late checkout, and this was not communicated to the cleaners. Also, the automated WhatsApp checkout message is confusing and contradicted the hosts. It was sent many times which was confusing and annoying.

This apartment/hostel was clean, well designed, well maintained and close to public transports and other amenities. The only issues we had during our stay were mainly the communication and lack of staff on site. The check-in time was 3:00 PM and despite sending messages through WhatsApp, their website and through Expedia we didn’t receive anything from our host until we reached out to Expedia and they contacted the host and after that we received check-in instructions and access code at around 4:30 PM. The fire alarm in hallway went off in one morning and continued for almost 2 hours and no one was there to respond/reset it until we left the building for our scheduled tours. Generally, the building is okay, but the idea of not having any staff and reliance on online communication was not ideal at all.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Es gibt Alles, was man braucht. Das Stadtviertel hat uns ebenfalls gefallen, es ist ein "normales" Wohnviertel, nicht sehr touristisch geprägt.
